Bramblewood Bites

The major highlight of EPCOT’s biggest foodie Festival — along with family-friendly activities and the nightly Eat to the Beat Concert Series — is all of the Festival Marketplaces located all around the park. One of them is the Bramblewood Bites Food Booth, which has made its way back for its second year. So, naturally, as we bring you our reviews of every single Food Booth at the 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, we’re checking out Bramblewood Bites to see if it’s earned its returning Festival spot!

Menu

You’ll find Bramblewood Bites along the pathway towards World Showcase coming from World Celebration. Once again, autumnal flavors are featured here, with the returning Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin and Cast Iron-roasted Brussels Sprouts and Root Vegetables. These dishes are joined by the new Cast Iron-seared River Trout this year.

Bramblewood Bites is also serving up the Spiced Apple Old Fashioned-inspired Cocktail with Boyd & Blair Rum. GoGi Pinot Noir and the new 81Bay Brewing Co. Nitro Bananas Foster Cream Ale are also up for grabs.

Even if the Central Florida temperatures remain in the 90s, we’re still excited to dig into these fall flavors…

Eats

We’re starting things off with the Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin (a returning Best of the Fest item!) for $7. This dish is plated with chili-apple butter, celeriac-apple slaw, and apple cider gastrique.

Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin

This was a hit for us. The pork tenderloin paired so well with the apple slaw, making it very flavorful. The pork tenderloin is so juicy, and the char from the grill gives it a nice textural thing that just works beautifully — a hint of crunch, if you will.

New this year is the Cast Iron-seared River Trout! It comes in at $7.25 and is accompanied by vanilla-butternut squash purée, brussels sprouts salad, candied pecans, spiced pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and maple dressing.

The trout did not have an overly fishy flavor that sometimes can overpower a dish like this. It worked well with the vanilla-butternut squash puree, which might have been one of our favorite things about this dish. The brussels sprouts salad, along with the candied pecans and cranberries, contributed to the dish’s light sweetness, making it a more complex item.

No one’s putting their cast irons away just yet, though… The Cast Iron-roasted Brussels Sprouts and Root Vegetables are back for $5. This plant-based dish is garnished with dried cranberries and spiced pumpkin seeds, and dressed with a pumpkin seed vinaigrette.

This item was a returning one from last year. This dish is absolutely a winner in our book. The maple bourbon glaze adds a lovely and flavorful sweetness, but you also pick up on a hint of vinegar with each bite. (Although there’s no vinegar listed in the ingredients, we suspect it may be in the glaze.) The Brussels Sprouts are beautifully roasted on an open grill, resulting in a nice char that adds a bit of crunch.

Now let’s see what you can pair with your fall dishes here…

Drinks

Even the beverage menu presents fall flavors, thanks to the Spiced Apple Old Fashioned-inspired Cocktail with Boyd & Blair Rum. You can give it a try for $12.50.

In this twist on the classic, the Boyd & Blair Rum takes the place of bourbon or whiskey. This certainly results in a sweeter sip, and the flavor of the rum is less pronounced, with an emphasis on the drink’s sweet apple.

New to Bramblewood Bites this year is the 81Bay Brewing Co. Nitro Bananas Foster Cream Ale. A 6-ounce pour is $5.75, and a 12-ounce pour is $9.75.

Finally, wine drinkers can opt for the GoGi Pinot Noir for $16.

OVERALL

This booth is a hit for us. It carries some great dishes that are packed with flavor, and it gives us more of a meal option at the festival than most other booths. The fall flavors are strong here, which we love and can see being a hit as the weather begins to cool off at EPCOT as the festival goes on.
