REVIEW: The Best New Dessert in Disney World Isn’t Cake, Cookies, or Ice Cream — It’s So Much Better

We love it when Disney World restaurants think outside the box when it comes to snacks.

Now, granted, not all those little food experiments are a hit (Pickle Milkshake, we’re looking at you). But sometimes, Disney World surprises us by doing something with a snack that we never thought of, and the result is not just brilliant, but also delicious. Well, Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs on Disney’s BoardWalk just introduced a new snack that ticks every single box you’d want ticked for a great dessert. Prepare to have you MIND BLOWN.

The Deep Fried Hawaiian Roll is now available at Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs and we’re just going to tell you now that it’s worth a trip to the BoardWalk to get it. It’s fried Hawaiian rolls covered in cinnamon and sugar and sweetened condensed milk. For $10, you get three of those beautifully fried rolls that will probably make your dentist cry (but NO REGRETS, y’all).

The rolls are super fluffy, plus the whole thing is just hot and gooey and sugary. The condensed milk makes it sort of like an icing — this is the very thing to satisfy your sweet tooth. We’ll also say that it’s now one of the BEST desserts on the BoardWalk. It’s also shareable, if you want to share.

So, thank you again, Disney World, for doing the unthinkable, because this JUST works beautifully. And, again, make a trip NOW to Disney’s BoardWalk to grab it while it’s available (we don’t know if this is a permanent menu item or not, but it should be!).
