The upcoming edition of Volcano Bay Nights, held at the Universal Orlando water park, will include the Scooby gang.

The evening events will be held Friday evenings between Sept. 5 and Oct. 31. Among the entertainment options will be a DJ-driven Beach Bash on the attraction’s Waturi Beach, where Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Daphne, Fred and Velma will make appearances along with the Mystery Machine van.  Visitors also can expect to see villains from the animated realm, including Ghost Clown, Universal says.

Admission will include access (and shorter waits) for Volcano Bay’s slides, body plunges, lazy river and the Krakatau Aqua Coaster that winds through the park and its centerpiece volcano structure. Tickets also include select complimentary snacks and a Coca-Cola Freestyle Souvenir cup. Other specialty food items will be available for purchase. The Dancing Dragons Boat Bar, Whakawaiwai Eats, Kunuku Boat and the Feasting Frog also will be operating.

The limited-capacity event will take place from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. each night, although ticketholders will be able to enter the water park at 4 p.m.

Tickets are $99. Parking in the Universal garage is included. Private cabanas, booked at concierge huts on event day, are available, starting at $279.99. For tickets or more information, go to universalorlando.com.
