The Halloween Mickey Cinnamon Roll

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is officially underway, meaning the spooky season has kicked off at the resort! There are several party-exclusive snacks, and we’re checking out two returning Halloween sweets at Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom!

Right now, you can grab two seasonal treats from Main Street Bakery during Mickey’s Not So Scary! While most people might assume it only features Starbucks-specific items, that’s not the case. First, you can find a fall version of the Mickey-shaped Cinnamon Roll for $7.49.

The Mickey Cinnamon Roll!

It’s a cinnamon roll with white icing and Halloween sprinkles on top. This one was chewy and pulled apart easily, which we appreciated! There were thick layers of cinnamon sugar inside and royal icing on top. We honestly needed a bit more icing in our opinion.

It’s a decent size for the price, but it’s not the best cinnamon roll you’ll find in Magic Kingdom. Gaston’s Tavern‘s Giant Cinnamon Roll will continue to take that crown! It is nice and shareable, but there are some more interesting and special options at the party. If you want something familiar, it can serve that purpose!

It just needs… more!

Next, we tried the Mickey-shaped Cheesecake for $6.49! It’s a pumpkin cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and a white chocolate-whipped ganache.

Mickey-Shaped Cheesecake!

We really loved the frosting on this one! In fact, we would argue that more cheesecakes need frosting. While yes, it was a frosting-topped cheesecake, no, it wasn’t too sweet. It was super soft and chilled, which we loved in the heat. The graham cracker crust added a nice texture, but it wasn’t too dry. The cheesecake itself had a very subtle pumpkin flavor and reminded us more of a traditional cheesecake than an in-your-face fall flavor dessert.

While both of these treats were tasty, we won’t say that they knocked us off our feet! There are some better, more exciting options throughout the party, which you can check out here. PLUS, you can get tons of candy at the different treat trails throughout the park, all included in your party ticket.
