We’ve seen it with Disney’s Apple Fritter Milkshake, combining things that you don’t think work until they do! Apple Fritter Milk Shake But this time, iconic roller-skating fast food restaurant, SONIC, is dishing out new flavor profiles that you’ll need to see to believe. SONIC’s newest flavor combination is peanut butter and bacon. Yes, you read that right: peanut butter and bacon. This combination can be found in both their “Peanut Butter Bacon SuperSONIC® Double Cheeseburger” and their Peanut Butter Bacon Shake. ©SONIC SONIC’s Double Cheeseburger sees peanut butter layered between two beef patties with crispy bacon, grilled onions, and melted cheese on toasted buns. Their peanut butter bacon milkshake takes peanut butter and bacon and mixes it into a vanilla ice cream base, topping it with whipped cream and a cherry. ©Sonic We’ve seen maple and bacon flavor profiles meld well like the Maple Bacon Beignets in Disneyland, but SONIC is delivering in a different way.
