Disney4me
It’s time to experience more amazing and delicious food! We’re at the Festival of the Arts, where food doesn’t just taste great, it looks beautiful, too! Craftsman’s Courtyard The 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Arts has officially begun and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food studios with tasty items, shows and artistic performances to watch, souvenirs to grab (of course), and even an art-inspired food stroll to complete. Now, let’s go to the Craftsman’s Courtyard to give you the FULL scoop on this food booth! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Menu Over at the Craftsman’s Courtyard, you’ll find a variety of available items. There are two new food options — Grilled Pork Belly with salsa verde, broccoli rabe, pickled peppers, and raclette cheese on grilled sourdough and the Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with caramelized onions and mushrooms, blue cheese fondue, and arugula on a grilled French roll. You can also find two drink options here, both of which are returning — BrewDog Jet Black Heart Nitro Oatmeal Stout and a Coffee Old Fashioned Cocktail. Craftsman’s Courtyard Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the Grilled Pork Belly with salsa verde, broccoli rabe, pickled peppers, and raclette cheese on grilled sourdough. You can grab this dish for $6.75. These flavors just exploded in our mouths. The greens and tomato were soft against the lightly spiced pork belly on top of a soft bread covered with a salsa verde cream? SHEER PERFECTION. Grilled Pork Belly Next up, we grabbed the Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with caramelized onions and mushrooms, blue cheese fondue, and arugula on a grilled French roll. This is also new this year! It is $7. Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak The Skirt Steak with the mushrooms is a winning combination. The steak was SO tender, but there was still enough fat to keep it chewy. The bread was light, but had a nice resistance to it when we bit into it. Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak We LOVED both of these meals! But let’s dive into the beverages. Drinks In terms of drinks at this booth, we got the Coffee Old Fashioned Cocktail for $11.50. This is a returning drink. Last year it was new to this booth but could previously be found at The Donut Box. Last year, it reminded us of a coffee-infused Old Fashioned, so if you like bourbon, you might enjoy this drink! We love how the hint of deeper whiskey taste blends with the coffee. It creates a nice smokey flavor with a pleasant lingering taste. We think this one could be a crowd-pleaser even for those folks who don’t necessarily drink a lot. Coffee Old Fashioned Cocktail The second drink at this booth is the BrewDog Jet Black Heart Nitro Oatmeal Stout. It is also a returning beverage option at this booth, but we opted to not grab it this year. You can get it for $5.75 for a 6 oz. pour and $9.75 for a 12 oz. pour. 2023 BrewDog Jet Black Heart Nitro Oatmeal Stout Last year, our reporters had varying opinions on this beer. One of them thought it was a bit too hoppy for their liking, but it was still a good drink for a Florida summer. On the other hand, another reporter said they really enjoyed it even though they’re not much of a beer drinker. Overall, we thought it was a pretty classic oatmeal stout. You’ll have to try it to decide for yourself! OVERALL What can we say? If you don’t visit ANY other booth at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, at least stop by this booth and try EVERYTHING. We’ve got a genuine Best of the Fest contender here and everything we tried just knocked it out of the park.
