Magic Kingdom Starting in January, Disney is updating the way you plan your trip to the parks. These changes will include returning to normal park hopping and getting rid of most park reservations (for date-based tickets). We’ve recently noticed another change that will affect you if you plan to go to Disney World on January 29th, 2024. Starting January 9th, 2024, you’ll be able to park hop ALL DAY and if you have a date-based ticket, you’ll no longer need a park reservation. Also, on that same day, you’ll be able to enjoy the Disney Dining Plan again. EPCOT But what’s happening on January 24th that you need to know about? On January 24th, Magic Kingdom will be closing early! On that day Magic Kingdom will be closing at 4:30PM.
