World of Frozen Hong Kong ©Disney At the 2022 D23 Expo, we found out what exciting new lands would be coming to Disney’s parks, and one of those included a new Frozen land coming to Hong Kong Disneyland. Now the park is giving us a sneak peek at the land in their new video! This new land is set to debut in Hong Kong Disneyland in the latter half of 2023. Not only is this the world’s first Frozen-themed land, but it’s also the largest expansion this park has ever had. ©Walt Disney Imagineering via Instagram (@waltdisneyimagineering) The land will feature two rides — Frozen Ever After and the family coaster Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs — as well as merchandise outlets and a quick-service restaurant. ©Walt Disney Imagineering via Instagram (@waltdisneyimagineering) At the recent Hong Kong Disneyland FanFest event, the park revealed its Elsa Audio-Animatronics figure globally for the first time. If the animatronic looks familiar to you, it might be because it’s similar to the one in Disney World’s Frozen Ever After ride (although the new version seems to have had a few upgrades). It reveals that the construction of the Arendelle village, including the clock tower, Elsa’s Ice Palace, and Arendelle Castle, is almost complete!
