Joffrey’s has announced a limited-time discount on teas at one of their Disney Springs locations, and last year, we saw opportunities to work out in Disney Springs. That opportunity is returning this year, so here’s how you can do yoga in Disney Springs this month!

Fitness Fridays are returning to the Disney Springs Celebrates Health & Wellness event this month! You can attend yoga classes hosted by Fabletics or Lululemon.

Classes are each Friday this month starting at 9:15AM, and it’s requested that you arrive at least 15 minutes early with your yoga mat and water bottle. The events are completely free but fill up, so reserve your spot ASAP!
