Disney4me Posted November 10, 2022 Report Share Posted November 10, 2022 We’re live at Disney California Adventure’s Festival of Holidays! 2022 A Twist on Tradition Booth We recently saw all the menus announced for the festival, and while booths don’t officially open until November 11th, some are soft opening today. We headed over to the A Twist on Tradition booth to try the some of the offerings they have this year! Menu Here is a look at the menu for this year! Twist on Holiday Traditions Eats This booth has three offerings this year — Curry Mac ‘n Cheese, Lox & Everything Bagel Nachos, and a Guava Melon Lassi! Yum! First up was the Curry Mac ‘n Cheese for $8.25! We think this is a great addition to this festival booth with the strong curry taste, crunchy garbanzos, and a great texture all around. The cilantro oil in this dish is pretty mild, but there is certainly some spice here! If you’re a fan of spice or curry and mac ‘n cheese, you HAVE to grab this. Curry Mac ‘n Cheese Next is the Lox & Everything Bagel Nachos for $8.50. These are standard bagel chips with lots of fresh ingredients and delicious everything bagel seasoning. Our reporter was not a big fan of the lox, so if you’re also not a lox lover, this one definitely isn’t the one for you. But if you love everything bagels and lox, this is a great choice. Lox & Everything Bagel Nachos And we’re saving the best for last — the Guava Melon Lassi for $7! We were afraid this drink would be a little too sweet, but the delicious yogurt and cinnamon whipped cream cuts the sweetness from the melon/guava flavors. It’s also topped with honeycomb cereal, which is too cute. We think you should absolutely try this offering — it might just make our best of the fest list! Guava Melon Lassi Overall Overall, we think this booth is worth trying out if you are looking for some savory festival options and a fun drink! The serving sizes were great as well!
