Spaceship Earth Over the last few days, EPCOT has been transforming from the Festival of the Arts to the upcoming Flower & Garden Festival, and a lot is changing. Check it out here! Let’s jump right into some food updates! EPCOT Food Updates We noticed less Karamell-Kuche popcorn in the Germany pavilion, and it turned out that the popcorn machine was receiving some maintenance work. As a result, the machine was only popping one batch at a time when it should have been popping two batches, according to a Cast Member. Karamel Kuche Popcorn not working In honor of National Margarita Day, La Cave del Tequila released a special, limited time (one day only!) margarita, called the Rosemary Margarita for $12. It was made with Ambhar Tequila Blanco, rosemary agave, orange liqueur, ginger cordial, and fresh lime juice. Rosemary Margarita! Let’s get to construction! EPCOT Construction Updates In the Japan pavilion, there was lots of new pavement construction. Ropes prevented guests from stepping on the new pavement. New pavement Journey Into Imagination with Figment had a broken stand-by line tracker. You’d have to check the My Disney Experience app for the wait time. Display not working The Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Nova Corps Starblaster is still being installed! We couldn’t help but notice all the details on this piece. So many details! And near the Cosmic Rewind building, there was a new reader board installed. This board will help you check on wait times. New Reader Board And preparations for the 2022 Flower & Garden Festival are well on the way, with new construction areas… Flower & Garden Prep …new topiaries… Mickey and Minnie! …and new booths popping up around EPCOT. 2022 Booth We’ll be watching for more changes as the opening date for the Flower & Garden Festival approaches next week! EPCOT Merchandise Updates Pin Traders Pin Traders had a few new pins, including this 2022 Mardi Gras Pin… 2022 Mardi Gras Pin …a Sunflower Pocahontas Pin… Pocahontas Sunflower Pin …and a Rose Belle Pin. Belle Rose Pin There was also a 2022 Spring Break Stitch Pin… Spring Break Stitch Pin …and new Winnie the Pooh and Droid Depot Pins. Pooh and Droid Depot Pins It’s time to head to Creations Shop. Creations Shop Creations Shop had a new EPCOT Hat for $29.99… New EPCOT Hat …and a Peter Pan Mug for $14.99. One side of the mug features Peter, Wendy, Tinker Bell, and more… Peter Pan Mug …while the other side says, “second star to the right and straight on till morning.” Other side of the mug There was also a new Have a Magical Day Tumbler for $24.99… Magical Day Tumbler …and a new Mickey Hat Keychain for $14.99. New keychain There was a new Dumbo Mug for $19.99, with one side featuring Dumbo… Dumbo mug …and the other side features other Dumbo characters too. The other side! We love a good Disney mug! Canada Pavilion In Canada, we found lots of new maple goodies! This Maple Syrup was $14.99 for the plastic bottle, or a glass bottle for $24.99. You can have a chat with Queen Anna and Elsa… Anna at Royal Sommerhaus …and take socially distanced photos! Hi Elsa! We were so excited to meet with them inside again!
