Disney4me
Appleseed Orchard is back at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival this year! This spot features both kid and adult-friendly offerings that are all about apples, perfect for the whole family! Appleseed Orchard! Last year, we saw this booth in the EPCOT Showplace, but this year it’s back home in the Canada Pavilion! Situated at the Canada Theater, this booth’s rustic decor gives it a special charm! 2021 Appleseed Orchard Booth You can find the booth by going down the path you’d usually take to get to Le Cellier Steakhouse! Menu Looking at this year’s menu, there are a LOT of new treats to try at this booth! Appleseed Orchard Familiar offerings like the Frozen Apple Pie and Apple Blossom Sky are still here, alongside new treats like the Apple Crumble Tart and Apple Chips! 2021 Appleseed Orchard Menu We’ll be trying all the new snacks and drinks at this booth! Food First, we tried the new Apple Crumble Tart, which is $4.50! Apple Crumble Tart The tart was delicious! There was a lot of the brown sugar crumble on top (which, let’s be honest, is really what the tart is all about). There were crisp apples inside, which added a great crunch! It was all held by a classic pastry shell. You probably do need to be an apple fan to enjoy this treat — since it’s very full of apples — and we loved it! Apple Crumble Tart The new apple chips were not available when we stopped by! Cast members told us that Remy ate them all! We’ll be back to try them later today! We do know that the apple chips are a vegan and gluten-free option at the festival! Drinks The Beer Flight, available for $9.75, features all the new beers Appleseed Orchard has to offer this year! The flight includes the Big Storm Brewing Co. Apple Blonde Ale from Clearwater, FL, the 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Pecan Brown Ale from St. Petersburg, FL, and the Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company Apple-y Ever After Green Apple Sour Ale from Orlando, FL! Appleseed Orchard Beef Flight We thought the Big Storm Brewing Co. Apple Blonde Ale was really tasty! It was light and refreshing, and you could taste just a hint of apple in it. Big Storm Brewing Co. Apple Blonde Ale The 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Pecan Brown Ale was lighter than most other Brown Ales we’ve tried before. There was definitely a hint of apple in this drink as well, but we didn’t pick up on a strong pecan flavor in the drink. 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Pecan Brown Ale The Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company Apple-y Ever After Green Apple Sour Ale tasted like a Cider to us, but it was a Sour! It was a delicious drink, with a crisp, light flavor and a lot of tartness coming from the green apple! Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company, Apple-y Ever After The Cider Flight, available for $9.75, features all the new ciders at Appleseed Orchard this year! The flight includes the Collective Arts Brewing Circling the Sun Hard Cider from Ontario, Canada, the Original Sin Hard Cider McIntosh from New York, NY, and Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Saint Chéri Bourbon Barrel Aged Cherry from Armada, MI. Cider Flight We thought the Collective Arts Brewing Circling the Sun Hard Cider had a really intense apple flavor! The flavor was strong, but it tasted a little bit artificial, so it wasn’t our favorite of these ciders. Collective Arts Brewing, Circling the Sun Hard Cider The Original Sin Hard Cider McIntosh tasted like a classic apple cider to us. It was just the right amount of tartness without being overpowering, and also has a crisp flavor. We thought it was really refreshing! Original Sin Hard Cider The Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Saint Chéri Bourbon Barrel Aged Cherry was probably our favorite of this flight! You could really taste the hint of bourbon mixed with the crisp apple flavor in this drink! Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Saint Cheri Bourbon Barrel Aged Cherry Cider The non-alcoholic Cinnamon Apple Cider is one of Appleseed Orchard’s new offerings this year! You can grab this drink for $3.75! Cinnamon Apple Cider Really, we thought this mostly just tasted like apple juice. We wish the cinnamon flavor was much stronger in it! It was pretty boring and not something we think adults would really enjoy! It could be a good drink for kids, but it’s a little expensive for just a cup of apple juice! The non-alcoholic Frozen Apple Pie is also back at this booth for $4.50! 2019 Frozen Apple Pie It’s pretty much a sweet, apple-flavored slushy topped with streusel crumbs! The Apple Blossom Sky is also still at Appleseed Orchard, for $11.50! 2020 Apple Blossom Sky This drink is made with Apple Fanta, Ginger Beer, Floodwall Apple Brandy, and Burton’s Maplewood Farm Applejack Brandy Barrel-Aged Syrup. Plus, it’s topped with marshmallows! What else do you really need? Overall You really have to LOVE apples to place this on your list. There are 7 (!!!) new drinks, which is lots of fun and might be another driving factor to stop at this booth.
