Disney4me
Welcome, world travelers, to another update from EPCOT! Spaceship Earth We’re checking out all of the latest findings across EPCOT’s construction, food, and merchandise updates! Let’s dive right in! EPCOT Construction Updates Recently, we spotted new construction walls in the Morocco Pavilion on a recent visit to EPCOT! The walls blocked our ability to enter any of the back areas of the Pavilion. Construction walls up in the Morocco Pavilion We’ll continue to keep an eye on all of the developments happening in the Morocco Pavilion in the coming weeks and months! Click here to check out more photos of the new construction walls around the Morocco Pavilion! EPCOT Food Updates Choza de Margarita We found a couple of new menu additions at Choza de Margarita in the Mexico Pavilion! First up is the Wild Passion Margarita for $14.75. Margaritas are a crowd favorite when drinking around the world, so we were pumped to find a new drink on the menu! The newest addition to the drink-around-the-world-tour! We paired our margarita with the new Tacos de Cochinita for $10.50. The tacos are made with citrus-marinated pulled pork and covered in pickled red onions and mango habanero relish served on corn tortillas with a side of corn Esquites. It’s a great snack-sized portion! Tacos de Cochinita Few things can top a perfect food and drink combo in World Showcase, but tacos paired with a margarita? Paradise! Try both of these items on your next trip to EPCOT. Click here to read more about the new menu additions to Choza de Margarita! Joy of Tea Our next stop in our newest discoveries at EPCOT brings us to Joy of Tea in the China Pavilion! There, we spotted a sign advertising their new special, the Sunset Cocktail. Sunset Cocktail The Sunset Cocktail is a mixture of Jose Cuervo Tequila Gold, light rum, strawberry syrup, Pina Colada mix, soda water, and milk foam. We found it to be just like a strawberry-flavored Pina Colada! Sunset Cocktail Overall, this drink was STRONG, which for some would totally justify the $12.75 price tag. Try it out next time you’re in the China Pavilion! Click here to read more about the Sunset Cocktail! L’Artisan des Glaces Over at L’Artisan des Glaces in the France Pavilion, we didn’t discover a new menu item, but rather a new menu hack! Introducing the Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Cone, made with a single-scoop of ice cream and two macarons! Yum! Simply order one scoop of whatever flavor of ice cream you want in a cone for $5, and top it off with two macaron ears for $1.40 each! Overall, you have yourself a $7.80 custom dessert! Voila! Everything tastes better when it’s shaped like Mickey Mouse, and we’ll totally revisit this ice cream hack whenever we visit the France Pavilion! Click here to read more about the Mickey ice cream cone hack in the France Pavilion! Mitsukoshi Never one to be outdone, the Japan Pavilion has a new unique snack to check out! We spotted Mainichino, Nuts & Cranberry-flavored Kit Kat bars! New Kit Kat flavor! You can certainly count on the Japan Pavilion to have wonderfully unique snack flavors, so check out Mitsukoshi and try them for yourself! Check out this adorable Mickey Mouse colander to strain all of your veggies and pasta in at home! New Mickey Mouse strainer in Mouse Gear We also came across the new Alien Popcorn Bucket Keychain. We still can’t decide if this little guy is cute or absolutely horrifying. WHAT IS THIS THING? We also spotted the keychain in Disney Traders! Whether he’s filled with popcorn or he’s foaming at the mouth, this might be an easier grab than the Alien popcorn bucket itself! Click here to read more about the newest merchandise item that may or may not give us nightmares. Norway Pavilion Over in the Norway Pavilion, we spotted a new collection of Helly Hansen clothing! New Helly Hansen jackets and clothing in the Norway Pavilion You’ve been able to purchase Helly Hansen jackets and other apparel in the Norway Pavilion for quite some time, so we’re always excited when we see new items come in!
