EPCOT We’re back to check out all the new additions since our last visit to the park! Here are all of the food, merchandise, and construction updates we spotted in EPCOT! EPCOT Food Updates La Cava del Tequila Over in the Mexico Pavilion, we found a few exciting additions at La Cava del Tequila. First, in honor of the location’s 10th anniversary, they’re offering a special Mezcal made with 10 different agaves! Special Mezcal Bottle Each shot sells for $11 and comes with a side of grasshoppers and an orange slice! 11th Birthday Mezcal But that’s not the only new discovery we made at La Cava del Tequila. They’re also offering “secret menu” guacamole to go! This guacamole contains chile and is served with tortilla chips Guacamole from La Cava del Tequila The guac isn’t listed on the menu, so you’ll need to ask a Cast Member if you’d like to order it! Click here to read more about the limited edition Mezcal at La Cava del Tequila! 2020 Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival Booths While walking through the World Showcase, we noticed that both Spain and The Alps booths were closed. Spain Closed These locations were late additions to the festival, having just opened this past weekend. The Alps Closed We aren’t sure why these booths were closed, but it’s not the first time we’ve noticed something like this at the festival this year — the Islands of the Caribbean booth has also been closed on certain days. EPCOT Construction Updates Future World Construction Construction is moving along on several projects in the Future World section of the park. We spotted work being done on the roof of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction building. Construction on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind And we also noticed ongoing construction work continuing on the upcoming PLAY! Pavilion. PLAY! Pavilion Construction World Showcase Construction While flying above the France Pavilion on the Skyliner, we saw more progress in the new section of the France Pavilion surrounding the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction. France Pavilion Construction We caught a peek of a fountain at the end of the walkway below the Gusteau’s sign. France Pavilion Construction Construction crews were working away as we passed by, so we’ll continue to keep an eye on this area for more updates as it gets closer to completion! EPCOT Merchandise Updates Test Track SIMporium The Test Track merchandise location had a few new arrivals since our last visit. We found this Test Track Car Magnet for $9.99. Test Track T-Shirt The Fjording Over in the Norway Pavilion, we saw this Norway Baseball Cap which has a similar design as other new merchandise we’ve spotted here recently. Canada Merchandise Stand While strolling through the Canada Pavilion, we noticed this Canada Baseball Cap available for $24.99. Canada Baseball Cap Souvenirs de France In the France Pavilion, we noticed something interesting about this Mickey Macaron Tumbler. Mickey Macaron Tumbler While the cup itself isn’t new, it is on sale for $13.99 — we’re always down for a good deal at Disney World! Multiple Locations Now for the grand finale of our merchandise updates — EPCOT Food and Wine Festival merch is now available at several locations throughout the park! We saw Food and Wine merch at Mouse Gear, the World Showplace, and festival kiosks throughout the World Showcase. 2020 Food & Wine Festival Merchandise While most locations had a variety of different merchandise available, the only place that had pins was Mouse Gear. 2020 Food & Wine Festival Merchandise We saw a huge selection of items, including t-shirts, mugs, kitchenware, MagicBands, and more. Trash Can Salt/Pepper Shaker We did notice that some of the kiosks around the World Showcase still had EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival merchandise available as well. Here’s ALL of the new EPCOT Food & Wine Festival merch we saw at the park! So, between some exciting construction progress, an exclusive new Mezcal, and ALLLLL of the Food & Wine merch, it was an eventful day at EPCOT for sure!
