You Won’t Need to Milk a Bantha To Make This Star Wars Blue Milk Pudding Recipe!

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

And while we’ve been busy baking up batches of fresh Chewie Chews lately, Disney has just shared with us another Batuu-inspired recipe on the Star Wars website!

That’s right, stormtroopers! It’s time to learn how to make Blue Milk Pudding! It’s a tasty dessert inspired by one of Star Wars’ most ICONIC drinks, so ya know it’s going to be EPIC!!!

And don’t worry — you won’t need to run out to The Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to pick up any Blue Milk! All the supplies you’ll need should be available at your local grocery store or you can order them online!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-½ teaspoons vanilla
  • Blue food dye gel
  • Whipped cream
  • Shredded coconut

Step 1: In a saucepan stir together the milk, powdered sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 2: Turn heat to medium-low, stir in vanilla, and one drop of blue food dye gel.

Step 3: Simmer for 3-4 minutes, whisking until thickened.

Step 4: Spoon into cups, place a layer of plastic wrap directly onto the surface, and chill in the refrigerator.

Step 5: Top with whipped cream, coconut, and a dash of cinnamon, to serve.
