House of Blues in Disney Springs And, we’re celebrating New Orleans style with this party in Disney Springs (anybody want to tag along and rock some beads with us??). The House of Blues is hosting nights filled with food, drinks, and music to ring in Fat Saturdays from February 15th through February 22nd! The Smokehouse From 5 PM to 9 PM, you can enjoy menu specials like the Bread Bowl Jumbo, Jumbalaya, and Bread Pudding at the Smokehouse outside. Plus, you can even snack on the authentic Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee inside the restaurant! ©Disney While you’re there, be sure to dance the night away with live music from the Brown Bag Brass Band. (We’re a great dance partner if you’re looking for one!!)
