Disney4me
Villains After Hours is goin’ down at the Magic Kingdom tonight! Villains After Hours And while we’ve already picked up the spooky Oogie Boogie Sipper, things are now gettin’ all kinds of “Cave of Wonders” up in here as we journey to the find The Diamond in the Rough! We’re a long way from Agrabah, but we’ve finally arrived at Tortuga Tavern where The Diamond in the Rough can be discovered ONLY during Villains After Hours! It’s new to the party scene this year and is made from mango slushy with nutmeg and cinnamon topped with whipped cream and garnished with a sugar diamond! Diamond in the Rough We were super psyched to try this treasure of a treat for $5.99. We got even more excited when we got it and it looked so pretty and refreshing! You can spot that there’s sugar and spices sprinkled on top and there’s that diamond. We have to say, don’t you think that diamond looks a little more like chocolate than sugar? Diamond in the Rough And did it taste as good as it looked? Yes! The slush is DELICIOUS. Honestly, it’s one of those Magic Kingdom drinks that would be better with a little alcohol but it’s pretty darn tasty without. You can really taste the hint of nutmeg and cinnamon. Overall, it was just as refreshing as it looked and not too sweet. But, that diamond definitely isn’t sugar. In fact, it’s dark chocolate — just like we thought! Diamond in the Rough We’re SOOO glad we gulped this thing down before Jafar found it because it’s seriously YUM! Besides, he probably would have gotten some of the whipped cream on his mustache which isn’t a very good look for a villain. Diamond in the Rough We’ll be continuing our live coverage of this year’s first Villains After Hours party so stay glued to this channel for more villainous reviews as we eat our way around the party!
