It’s placed on a surprisingly light and airy vanilla bean frosting which isn’t overly sweet by any means, allowing the vanilla bean flavor to really come through. (Look closely, and you’ll notice hints of edible glitter, too.)

That cookie on top, though, isn’t the only cookie you’ll find in this treat.

The edible cookie dough filling tucked inside — dotted with chocolate bits — is seriously tasty, creamy, and even a little bit salty. It’s the perfect complement to the vanilla cake base!

Simply put, the Milk & Cookies Cupcake is GOOD. Like, really good. The thing is, it took us a little while to try it, what with so much cupcake goodness like the Hidden Truth Cupcake and the Orange Bird Cupcake popping up in this Saratoga Springs counter service spot these days.
