Disney4me
While we’ve been scurrying around Disney World the last few days to discover all of the new 70th-anniversary Cinderella treats (like the Greedy Gus Gus Cupcake we spotted earlier), we’re not sure if this next one is the miracle we’ve been dreaming of! Cinderella Cheesecake Don’t get us wrong — we’re totally aglow with how this Cinderella Cheesecake looks, buuut things started to get weird once we sliced into it! Styled closely after Cinderella’s signature buggy, this new treat closely resembles some of the coach-style eats we’ve seen in recent days including the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Cake and Cinderella’s Carriage Cake Pop! But even though this snack appears almost as gorgeous as the lovely lady Cinderella herself, it lost a bit of magic… Cinderella Cheesecake For us, the spell is broken as soon as we sliced into it! It looked like a sad, smashed blue pumpkin and there was a gaping void around the Nutella ganache filling at its center which was ROCK HARD! Admittedly, we cut into the Cinderella Cheesecake just moments after pulling it out of the refrigerated case, so the center didn’t have time to soften up. If you’re planning on hitching a ride with the Cinderella Cheesecake, we suggest you let it rest for a few moments so it can come to temperature before digging in! Cinderella Cheesecake Our cheesecake was also really soft and a little runny. It was more like a mousse-consistency and wasn’t packed with any discernable flavor. The white chocolate decorative pieces and crispies on top added a little textural interest, but in all the Cinderella Cheesecake took us on a strange ride texturally! With this being said, the flavors were INCREDIBLE! So maybe we just got a bad batch of cheesecake or maybe the secret is to let it rest for a bit after taking it out of the fridge. We’re total Nutella lovers and think this would be 10x better if that chocolate goodness wasn’t so hard.
