It’s time for a NEW Hot Dog of the Month at Craftsman Grill in the Grand Californian Hotel! And, we are getting some major nostalgia from February’s stand-out ‘dog.

Did your family ever make homemade pigs in a blanket, and your kitchen just smelled SO GOOD?? The “All Wrapped Up” Hot Dog is channeling those vibes as February’s Hot Dog of the Month!

The hot dog is wrapped in a golden dough that’s coated in herbs and cheese (!!!) and served with a side of crinkle fries and a roasted red bell pepper spread.

While the hot dog is your typical Disney ‘dog, the pastry is the real star of the show. The dough is warm and fluffy, which practically melts in your mouth with every bite. And, the herbs and cheese are perfectly sprinkled over the top, making the flavors of the hot dog stand out even more!

The dough also holds together super well when you dip it in the roasted red bell pepper spread (making the hot dog stay “all wrapped up,” bum dum dsshh). The spiciness from the spread adds a nice kick to the simple but tasty flavors of the hot dog. And, it’s a great dipping sauce for those fries!!
