Disney4me
It’s the 70th anniversary of Cinderella (and we STILL love Cindy just as much)! ©Disney And, while we love celebrating the Disney Princesses every day, the newest treat in Disney World is making us sing like a sweet nightingale! The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Cake has made its magical arrival into Magic Kingdom, and it is BEAUTIFUL. Main Street Bakery Case The citrus almond cake is topped with a lemon-scented Bavarian mousse, filled with blueberry compote, and adorned with golden chocolate wheels. But, don’t worry! This carriage won’t change into a pumpkin! But first up, we have to warn you about something. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Cake Sooo, we’re kind of in love with the aesthetic of this cake. Just look at the chocolate work on the wheels!! But, even though it’s stunning, we’re happy to say that the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Cake tastes JUST as good as it looks too (yaaas!). The Bavarian mousse only has a light lemon taste, while the blueberry compote is the prominent flavor inside. And, let us tell you that we cannot get enough of how refreshing and fruity the blueberry is! Bavarian Mousse and Blueberry Compote The cake, however, is the most unique part! It reminds us of a cookie with how dense it is, which is a perfect balance to the airy mousse. The lemon and almond flavors were AH-MAZING in the cake, adding a twist to the whole treat. Plus, the smell had us swooning like Cinderella for Prince Charming. Lemon and Almond Cake While we do wish it had a little more time to set so it bit firmer, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Cake ($6.99) is still worth a carriage ride over to the Main Street Bakery.
