If you’re in Disney World on the most heartfelt day of the year, you might want to stop by one of the four Patina Restaurants at Disney Springs for special Valentine’s Day eats and treats. (Galentine’s Day, anyone??) The Edison The Edison The Edison is hosting Valentine’s Day again this year with items off the regular menu AND new sweets to make your holiday special. You can sip on the Be Mine cocktail made with strawberry beefeater gin, lime juice, watermelon juice, strawberry lemongrass cordial, and brut or indulge in the Chocolate Ganache Tart with raspberry meringue while you’re there. ©Patina Check out the full Valentine’s Day menu at The Edison here! Enzo’s Hideaway Enzo’s Hideaway is also serving up a romantic dinner (Alexa, play “Bella Notte”) with dinner and dessert for two! You can share some meaningful looks and the Stuffed Baked Main Lobster for 2 made with 2 pounds of Maine lobster, jumbo lump blue crab, toasted garlic, saffron aïoli, wilted baby spinach, lumache pasta, and lobster cream sauce. Plus, you can finish your meal with the Torta Setteveli, which is a seven-layered dark chocolate sponge cake with hazelnut mousse, milk chocolate, vanilla cream, and feuilletine chocolate crunch. Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante is ringing in the start of Carnevale along with Valentine’s Day this year! While you enjoy some live entertainment, you can also snack on a Carnevale inspired meal on February 14th. The dinner starts with Pinzimonio, or Italian Crudite, with giardiniera cremosa, along with homemade sfincione focaccia or ciabatta bread. For the entrée, you can snack on Mamma Maria’s mini-meatballs served with the main course.
