Since the U.S. State Department has issued a Level 4 Travel Advisory urging people to avoid traveling to China currently, Disney Cruise Line is preventing guests and crew members who have traveled to or from mainland China within the past 2 weeks from boarding the ships. ©Disney Although Disney upholds extensive sanitation regulations, the cruise line has asked guests to contact them about any party members who have traveled to China or had “direct physical contact (having cared for, lived with, or had direct contact) with someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of novel coronavirus” before the start of their vacation. ©Disney While the Disney Cruise Line is in contact with numerous health agencies about the situation, they also have protocol for handling these circumstances.
