The Edison is throwing their Masquerade party in February, giving us a chance to live out our dreams of going to a Disney ball. The Edison And while we have already shared all the details about this magical Masquerade, it’s time to talk about the important stuff…the FOOD! The Masquerade is taking place on February 22nd from 8:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Whew, that’s a lot of partying. Thankfully, there will be plenty of hors d’oeuvres to sample throughout the night. ©The Edison There will be trays of BBQ Shortribs with kimchee, Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, Portobello Fries, and other appetizing items being brought out during the party. Here’s a look at the entire menu! ©The Edison We might eat a whole tray of each ourselves. In addition to the appetizers, there will be a dedicated alcohol menu for the event.
