So maybe you won’t be making it to the French Quarter this year, but have you ever wanted to celebrate while dining aboard a luxurious steamboat? Ummm. Yes, please! Paddlefish Well, Paddlefish located at Disney Springs is here to make that wish come true! Paddlefish will be hosting a New Orleans Cooking Demo on Saturday, February 8. This hard-ticketed event will feature a 3-course dinner celebrating Louisiana classics. The event will kick-off with Stuffed Mirliton which features shrimp, chourico, and a creole mustard sauce. For the main event, dig into the iconic NOLA dish, Crawfish Étouffée. Then, end things on a sweet note with Classic Bananas Foster.
