Boardwalk Inn Funnel Cake Stand And, we might have just found one of the greatest funnel cake creations at the Disney Resorts (and we’re taking you with us to try it)! The Caramel Corn (!!!) Funnel Cake is being baked up at the BoardWalk Inn’s Funnel Cake Stand! Caramel Corn Funnel Cake Sign The funnel cake is fried in soybean oil and topped with sugar, caramel ice cream, caramel corn, and chocolate and caramel drizzle. Yeah, we’re already in love, you guys! Caramel Corn Funnel Cake The toppings on this treat are the BEST part. The ice cream has a hint of caramel in the flavor, but nothing too overwhelming. Most of the caramel comes from the caramel corn, which is super fresh and crunchy. Plus, the hint of chocolate drizzle on top adds an extra bit of sweetness to balance out some of the salty caramel flavors. ALL the Toppings! Although the ice cream slowly melts from the warmth, the funnel cake still holds up! Our funnel cake was crispy and delightful (just how we like it).
