The west coast park may reign supreme when it comes to churros, but they also offer some amazing and unique seasonal treats.

You may recall our recent outing to Jolly Holiday Bakery where we sampled the AH-AMAZING Wintery Strawberry Hand Pie.

They’ve done it again! Their latest creation is the super adorable (and yummy) Mickey Mouse Cookies ‘n Cream Macaron. While we’ve seen a macaron with this design before during Disneyland’s “Get Your Ears On Celebration” last year, this treat is different in terms of flavor.

Previously, the Mickey Mouse Macaron had vanilla buttercream in the center surrounded and was surrounded by a circle of thick chocolate ganache! Now, the filling is cookies ‘n cream! And we’re quite fond of the change.

The cookies themselves are perfectly light and sweet, just as you’d expect from a Macaron.

While Mickey’s signature buttons made of sugar are super cute…

The star of the show is the ohhh soooo creamy cookies ‘n cream filling. We loved how rich and creamy it was! Uhhh can we have two more of these, please?
