Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland A popular dining destination at the Disneyland Resort has added new menu offerings and we’re here to tell you all about them! Tortilla Jo’s has new snack and brunch menu items that we are dying to get our hands on! Tortilla Jo’s Entrance The newest addition to their menu are these adorable fruit cups. It looks like the come in a colorful variety of options and are served garnished. This looks like a great guilt-free snack to munch on! Fruit Cups at Tortilla Jo’s If you find yourself at Tortilla Jo’s for their weekend brunch, we recently spotted a newly added menu item: the Huevos Ahogados! Huevos Ahogados at Tortilla Jo’s This dish comes with two poached eggs, chorizo and nopales in a tomato pasilla broth, topped with cilantro, avocado, serrano chile, and queso fresco!
