Disney4me
Amore is a beautiful thing, but have you SEEN the amazing eats and treats at the 2020 Epcot Festival of the Arts?? L’Arte di Mangiare Booth 2020 While we’ve been indulging ourselves with some of our returning faves, we’re heading to the Italy Pavilion for an entire menu full of NEW items that we just can’t resist! It feels like a bella notte with the Italian inspired dishes at the L’Arte di Mangiare booth! L’Arte di Mangiare Menu While you can sip on the Amaretto Bellini ($11.00) and Vodka Rossini ($13.00) again this year, the food is all BRAND NEW (so obviously we have to try everything). Vodka Rossini To start your feast, you can take a bite of the Insalata di Gamberi al Limone di Zagara ($10.00), which is a salad made of Sicilian Lemons, Arugula, Shaved Fennel, Avocado, and Poached Shrimp with Citrus Dressing. Insalata di Gamberi al Limone di Zagara While the shrimp is very flavorful and fresh, somehow the SALAD is the winner! There is a light lemony taste that is just sooo good (now we want every salad to taste like this). Insalata di Gamberi al Limone di Zagara Then, you can dig into the Pollo ala Pirandello ($10.00), or simply a Golden Chicken Drumstick stuffed with Ricotta Cheese and Pomodoro Sauce. Pollo ala Pirandello We LOVED the chicken drumstick. Although the meat is moist (and we think you can never go wrong with some cheese), the Pomodoro sauce makes this snack all the better! There is a bit of heat, but lots of fresh flavors from the tomatoes. Pollo ala Pirandello And, what’s a meal without some dessert?? This year, L’Arte di Mangiare is switching things up from the Spuma al Miele d’Arancio to the new Rossini! Rossini The Prosecco Mousse is topped with Strawberry Sauce, Whipped Cream, a Strawberry, and Chocolate Pieces. But, this is definitely a treat for the grown-ups since it contains alcohol (we’re not complaining!). Sadly, we couldn’t tell that this was an alcoholic beverage because we didn’t taste the Prosecco at all. Fruity AND Fun!! Some desserts fill you up quickly, but the Rossini is so light and creamy that we couldn’t get enough of it! The strawberry flavors are fresh without tasting artificial. Plus, the chocolate pieces on top add a hint of cocoa that makes the Rossini all the better! This treat will cost ya $10.00. Rossini Everything at the Italy Pavilion is worth trying this year if you’re stopping by the Festival of the Arts in Epcot! But, if you’re still hungry afterward (how can you not be with all the amazing food?!), you can follow along with us LIVE as we take you around the World Showcase and more!
