Disney4me
Hey, everybody! It’s time for another What’s New in Hollywood Studios! Rockin Roller Coaster The holiday crowds have filtered out, and the atmospheric music has returned to its regularly scheduled programming (and BOY, are we thankful for THAT!). It’s even putting a little extra pep in our step as we walk around Hollywood Studios today to see what new construction, food, and merchandise we can find since our last visit! The Hollywood Studios guidemap has returned to its non-holiday cover! That means Christmas is officially over, so it’s time to FINALLY take down those lights already if you haven’t yet — don’t worry, next Christmas is only 344 days away, so it’ll be back before you know it! Hollywood Studios Guidemap Construction Update at Hollywood Studios Sunset Boulevard While the rest of us are packing up our ornaments and hauling our trees to the curb, Hollywood Studios is dismantling its Sunset Seasons Greetings billboard. Decorations have also come down around the park! See you next year, Santa Gertie! Sunset Seasons Greetings Billboard Feeling nostalgic for the holidays? Relive the magic of Hollywood Studios’ Christmas decorations here! Food Update at Hollywood Studios Pretzel Palooza Cart Check out this adorable pin display we spotted at the Pretzel Palooza Cart on Sunset Boulevard! We love how it’s shaped like a Premium Mickey Ice Cream Bar — although it’s kinda making us hungry! Wouldn’t it be nice if Mickey Bars were actually THIS SIZE? We can dream… Pin Trading Board Anaheim Produce This next find was pretty random — Monster Energy Drinks are now being sold at Anaheim Produce on Sunset Boulevard! If an Almond Milk Honey Flat White from The Trolley Car Cafe a.k.a. Hollywood Studios’ Starbucks ain’t gonna cut it, you can now get your power-up here! Monster Energy Drink Read our review of Starbucks’ new Almond Milk Honey Flat White here! Anaheim Produce also had Star Wars Popcorn Buckets and the new Millenium Falcon Popcorn Bucket. Popcorn isn’t made at this location, so the buckets are filled ahead of time and brought here this way now, fyi! Anaheim Produce Popcorn Click here to see more pics of the new Millenium Falcon Popcorn Bucket! Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Looking to take “the edge” off of Galaxy’s Edge just a little? We definitely were after waiting 90 minutes to ride Rise of the Resistance even WITH a boarding group this week! Luckily, this outdoor beverage stand in the Black Spire Outpost is now serving beer on tap! Merchandise Update at Hollywood Studios Celebrity 5 & 10 Guess which lovable rascal we just spotted at the Celebrity 5 & 10? It’s the Figment Slap MagicBand! While originally we’d seen him hanging around Epcot’s OG Mouse Gear before it closed (don’t fret — there’s a temporary one in its stead), he’s made his way to Hollywood Studios now where you can snag him for $24.99! Find out more about the Figment Slap MagicBand here! We also spotted this adorable new hat for your folks to sport on your next family vacay! Haunted Mansion Bow Tie And how sweet is this Mickey Bow Tie? We’d love to meet our groom at the end of the aisle wearing this one! Mickey Bow Tie Check out the updated Bride and Groom Mickey Ear Hats here! If you’re looking for something a little more informal, check out these new Mickey and Minnie Flip Flops for $14.99! We love how the left one is styled like Mickey while the right one is rockin’ Minnie’s dots and comes with a little red bow accent on the strap! Mickey and Minnie Flip Flops There are even Mickey shapes on their undersides! We bet they’ll leave a cute impression on the sand as you’re walkin’! Dok Ondar’s merch at Launch Bay Stage 1 Company Store This last guy isn’t for sale, but since he’s a real cutie, we thought we’d include him anyway! Check out the Artsy Stitch we spotted at Stage 1 Company Store! Wait — shouldn’t he be at Epcot since the Festival of the Arts starts tomorrow? #artsystitch! Either way, he’s stinkin’ adorable, so stop by and say hi to him! Well, folks! That’s all for this edition of What’s New in Hollywood Studios — until next time! Even though we’ll be reporting live from the Epcot International Festival of the Arts when it kicks off tomorrow, we’ll be coming back to Hollywood Studios soon to share more updates with you!
