It’s no surprise that when we’re hanging over in Disneyland, chances are you’ll find us munching on some of the deliciously golden fried chicken over at the Plaza Inn!

Disneyland’s Plaza Inn

Located on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park, Plaza Inn offers up their own take on American classics and seasonal goodies (mmm, remember the delight that was the Get Your Ears On Celebration Cake??!?). Well, today we’re headed back to check on a new sweet addition.

National Polka Dots Day is coming up, and what better way to celebrate than with this NEW and adorable Red Velvet Minnie Mouse Bundt Cake!

Easily sharable amongst two, this is a traditional red velvet cake with raspberry filling, topped with a vanilla glaze, red and black sprinkles, pink frosting, chocolate mouse ears, and Minnie’s signature bow!

The red velvet cake is just as you’d expect it — moist, rich, and with just the right amount of sweetness. Inside, we loved the taste of the raspberry filling, a nice touch to shake up the traditional flavor!

While cake tends to be a pretty heavy dessert, we found this to be delightfully light, even before our ride on Space Mountain!

This goodie is priced at $5.99, and is available from the Plaza Inn on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland. Get her while you can, because we’re not sure just how long this beauty will last!
