And that’s where we found our next snack on our list, the Chocolate Stone!

If you haven’t been to Java located in Disney’s Swan Resort, you gotta check it out next time you’re in the area! This is where you’ll find the keto-friendly Octane Coffee along with a bunch of other specialty coffee drinks!

But drinks aren’t the only thing on the menu! You’ll also find a bakery case filled with delicious-looking desserts! This is where we spotted the Chocolate Stone — a rich dark chocolate ganache-covered mousse resting on top of a hardened chocolate and toffee cake!

We love the sleek look and refined style of this classy dessert! “Swan and Dolphin Hotel” appears repeated all over the decorative chocolate topper for just a little extra panache!

Chocolate Stone

Taking a few bites, we can tell ya the chocolate “stone” is suuuper chocolate-y. The chocolate flavor is really dark, so this dessert is great for folks who don’t like really sweet treats. The crunchy toffee layer at the bottom adds some contrast to the textures of the soft, silky mousse and brownie-like consistency of the cake.

You can find the Chocolate Stone for $6 at Java, and since you’ll only be a stone’s throw away from the Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, stop by The Screen Door General Market where we just spotted the adorable new Valentine’s Day Pandora Charm!

Are you excited to try the Chocolate Stone at Java on your next trip to Disney? Let us know in the comments below!
