Epcot And, we’ve got lots of food, construction, and merchandise updates to give you so let’s dive right on in! Epcot Construction Update The Epcot Transformation is making its way around the park with new attractions, restaurants, AND a reimagined entrance! While the Leave a Legacy Monoliths have been removed, we’re ready to see the redesigned space when it’s finished! Epcot Entrance Construction While there’s been some delayed construction, we’re SUPER hyped to visit Space 220 when it opens in February this year! Although the structure is still in progress, we can’t wait to travel to the Centauri Space Station soon (and maybe even be one of the first guests to dine!). Space 220 We’ve got our Awesome Mixes playing ’cause we’re checking out the Guardians of the Galaxy — Cosmic Rewind! Coaster‘s progress! Guardians of the Galaxy Coaster Construction Although the indoor coaster won’t be opening until Disney World’s 50th anniversary in 2021, we love spotting new parts of the building getting built! Guardians of the Galaxy Coaster Construction Mouse Gear is officially moving (well, temporarily) to a different location during the Epcot Transformation! Mouse Gear Sign While we spotted the sign earlier this week, the new location has now opened for guests to grab their favorite pieces of merchandise! Mouse Gear Sign Check out our full look at the new temporary Mouse Gear here! The opening of Regal Eagle Smokehouse is only a short while away! Although the restaurant was originally supposed to open in the Winter of 2019… Regal Eagle Construction …construction workers were making the finishing touches on the roof (do you think Sam Eagle helped out??). Regal Eagle Construction The Festival of the Arts is almost here, and the booths are FINALLY making their way into the park! Festival of the Arts Sign While we’ve already spotted the L’art du Cuisine Française Booth… L’art du Cuisine Française Booth …and the Goshiki Booth… Goshiki Booth …we’ve go so many more to share with you! We found The Masterpiece Kitchen Booth… The Masterpiece Kitchen Booth …Mosaic Canteen Booth… Mosaic Canteen Booth …The Artist’s Table Booth… The Artist’s Table Booth …L’Arte di Mangiare Booth… L’Arte di Mangiare Booth …and the Cuisine Classique Booth all set up for guests to visit during the festival! Epcot Food Update Although Festival of the Holidays ended on December 30th, Joffrey’s still had their holiday drinks available. Aren’t you craving a Ginger Chai Madness now?? Joffrey’s Festival of the Holidays Drinks Block & Hans might be a great spot for some craft beer, but now they’re pouring the Sofia Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine for $10! Rose Sign Although we were so game to grab some Rosé, we had to skip the pizza since the Pizza al Taglio to-go window was closed during our visit (bummer). Pizza Window Closed Buuut, we’ve got good news that will cheer you up! Refreshment Outpost is still serving the Frozen Elephant, which is a frozen mix of Coke and Amarula Cream Liqueur. YUM!! Frozen Elephant We even spotted that the Cotton Candy Santa Hats were still available in the China Pavilion too! China Cotton Candy Epcot Merchandise Update CUTE MERCH ALERT!! The Figment Slap MagicBand might just be one of our favorite MagicBands ever at Mouse Gear! The center features Figment’s iconic orange horns… Figment Slap MagicBand …while the band has different snapshots of Figment being his goofy self!!
