Disney4me
What noise does a dinosaur make when he’s sad? Dinoland U.S.A. We’ve got news from the Cretaceous Period. Restaurantosaurus, the kitschy quick-service joint in Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, started offering one of the BEST Quick Service Disney Dining Plan dining credit values with the Burgers and Sundaes option earlier this year. Well, it looks like that’s all about to change and we’ll tell you how! We’re sad to report that, according to the Disney World website, the Burgers and Sundaes Experience at Restaurantosaurus will no longer count as a Quick Service dining credit on the Quick Service Dining Plan in 2020. Nooooooo! One of our fave DDP deals is going extinct! The Burgers and Sundaes experience is $22.99 for adults and $14.99 for kids making it an EXCELLENT use of a Quick Service credit, and a pretty meh use of a Table Service credit. Restaurantosaurus Burgers and Sundaes Experience And adding to our annoyance, we LOVED the Burgers and Sundaes experience when we went to try it out! Seriously, the food was tasty AND the service was absolutely STELLAR (and filled with dino puns which you KNOW we loved). Burgers and Sundaes Experience Well, luckily we still love Restaurantosaurus for quick service meals, and their Snack Credit cupcakes are to die for. All in all, though, this news is about as welcome as an extinction meteor. Fingers crossed it’s a glitch and that adorable meal will be a quick-service credit next year after all.
