And, Disneyland is preparing itself for a year of fun with the opening of Rise of the Resistance and Avengers Campus. Now, we’re looking at another update coming to the parks next year too!

According to the OC Register, the Haunted Mansion will be closing in 2020 for a refurbishment.

Starting January 21st, the attraction will get some touch-ups to its mechanics, interiors, and exteriors. Although there aren’t any major changes announced for the spooky ride, the refurbishment won’t be finished until sometime in the spring.

Sooo, while a long refurbishment is never fun for guests hoping to ride, that means we’ll get to see the Haunted Mansion, Snow White’s Scary Adventures, and the Indiana Jones Adventure looking as magical as ever with all these updates next year! We can’t wait to see the Haunted Mansion looking wickedly amazing after the refurb!
