Cinderella Castle Now that a new week has begun, it’s time to talk about which Disney World attractions are closed this week at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom! Refurbishments at Magic Kingdom Walt Disney World Railroad Walt Disney World Railroad is still “in residence” at the Main Street Train Station since it stopped running due to TRON: Lightcycle Run construction. While it won’t be providing any circle tours for quite a while, you can still take some nice photos with it! Walt Disney Railroad Steam Train “In Residence” at Main Street, U.S.A. Station The TRON coaster is scheduled to open in time for the 2021 Disney World 50th anniversary celebration, but we REALLY hope the Walt Disney World Railroad will be returning to its operations sooner than that! Refurbishments at Epcot Impressions de France And while Epcot is undergoing its major transformation over in the World Showcase, the France Pavilion’s Palais du Cinema, is still currently closed for refurbishment. Impressions de France Impressions de France is slated to reopen in January 2020 and will be home to a new Beauty and the Beast sing-along! We can’t wait to see to belt out our favorite tunes with some of our favorite Beauty and the Beast characters! Read ALL about the Beauty and the Beast sing-along here! Canada Circle-Vision Theater Meanwhile, over in the Canada Pavilion, new signs have been popping up for the Canada Far & Wide film which is scheduled to open next month! Canada Far and Wide January can’t come quickly enough for us to see the new Canada Far & Wide movie! In the meantime, we’ll be enjoying Epcot’s Festival of the Holidays — which just started last week! Holiday Sweets & Treats Food Booth And just remember, the Magic Kingdom is closing super-early today for a Cast Member appreciation party. So, if you were planning on spending the entire day at the MOST MAGICAL place on earth you’ll only have until 4:30 PM! So far, there are no closures scheduled for Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom, but we’ll keep you updated with any new announcements!
