Disney4me
Seasons EATINGS from the 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, everybody! Epcot Festival of the Holidays We’ve been noshing around the Holiday Kitchens as we’ve been LIVE at the first day of Festival of the Holidays! Now, we’re back with the classic American Holiday Table Booth for some good ol’ famous favorites. The American Holiday Table is a popular booth featuring some of our favorite traditions that we’ve grown to know and love during the holiday season. American Holiday Table And, we’re ready to get our snackin’ and sippin’ on with the new and returning items coming to the booth! American Holiday Table Menu If you’re taking part in the Cookie Stroll, you can pick up the SUPER CUTE Gingerbread Cookie for $2.50 or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit. Although it tastes just like regular gingerbread, it’s a sweet treat you can definitely dip in… Gingerbread Cookie …Hot Cocoa for $3.50 and Cocoa Candy Cane for $11! The Cocoa Candy Cane is the alcoholic version of the Hot Cocoa, mixed with peppermint schnapps! Cocoa Candy Cane Although this year’s version is pretty similar to 2018, we couldn’t help but love the balance of peppermint and chocolate in this drink! The marshmallows on top are a nice, creamy addition that complements the smooth cocoa. If you’re looking for something to sip on while you walk around Festival of the Holidays, you might want to check this one out!! Cocoa Candy Cane We love having different beer flights each year for Christmastime in Epcot! And, the Holiday Beer Flight for $9.50 at American Holiday Table has some GREAT new options! Holiday Beer Flight You can take a taste of the 81 Bay Brewing Company Cinnamon Cranberry Orange Wheat Ale… 81 Bay Brewing Company Cinnamon Cranberry Orange Wheat Ale …Shipyard Egg Nog White Porter… Shipyard Egg Nog White Porter …and Playalinda Brewing Co. Peppermint Chocolate Porter for 2019! Playalinda Brewing Co. Peppermint Chocolate Porter The Peppermint Chocolate Porter happens to be very peppermint-y (so if you’re not a peppermint-in-your-beer fan…maybe share or skip it), while the Egg Nog White Porter doesn’t taste much like ‘nog (but definitely smells awesome). Our favorite this year just happened to be the Cinnamon Cranberry Orange Wheat Ale, which had plenty of fruity and spicy notes to it. Holiday Beer Flight While we enjoyed the new items, we were also excited to see some of our favorites return! If your family is more of a ham-for-Christmas type crew, you can pick up the Smoked Ham served with green beans and sweet potato casserole. Plus, this hefty plate is gluten-free for $6! Hand-Carved Smoked Ham, Green Beans, and Sweet Potato Casserole The Slow-Roasted Turkey is served with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and some cranberry sauce. It’s basically Thanksgiving (the day after) on a plate for $5.75. Slow-Roasted Turkey And, last but not least, the Chocolate Pecan Tart has made its way back with its whisky-caramel sauce and fresh whipped cream for $4.50! Chocolate Pecan Tart We might have to go back for another round of bites and sips here before hitting up all the other booths at the festival this year!
