And while you’ve been following along with us on our Epcot escapades throughout the day, it’s now time to get our “mangia on!” with some of Tuscany Holiday Kitchen’s delicious Italian fare!

The Tuscany Holiday Kitchen has been at the Epcot’s Festival of the Holidays since it debuted in 2017, and if you’re looking for some mighty tasty Italian cuisine, look no further! We’re talking pasta, flatbreads, and a selection of wines that makes our mouth start to water just reading it!

See menus of EVERY Festival of the Holidays FOOD BOOTH here!

First, let’s dive into some food!

Food

We were bummed to see the Cavatappi ai Quattro Formaggi missing from the menu — it made our Best of the Fest last year — but thankfully it was replaced by a new STUNNER. Meet the Collezione Barilla

Collezione Barilla

For $7.99, this pasta is made with penne pasta tossed with Sweet Sausage, Caramelized Onions, and Creamy Sauce. We LOVED this. It had the teensiest bit of spice to it which we couldn’t get enough of! It was really tasty and unique without going too overboard.

If you’re lookin’ for some pizza, this booth has you covered! The Bianca Neve (Italian Flatbread) for $5.00 comes with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and is your classic thin cheese pizza (sans sauce!). Cheese+carbs? Kids will love this one!

There’s also the La Genovese (Rustic Flatbread) made with Vidalia Onions, White Wine Braised Beef Tenderloin Tips, and Mozzarella for $8.00. We really enjoyed this. Very flavorful with oodles of cheese, but we would have loved even more of those onions on ours!

For sweets, the Crespelle di Mele (Cinnamon Apple Fritters) with Vanilla Sauce Drizzle and Confectioners Sugar are little mini crispy apple donuts soaking up that yummy sauce. We enjoyed these but didn’t get too much apple in ours. You can grab some for $8.00.

The super-rich option at this booth is the Bacio al Cioccolato (Warm Hazelnut Chocolate Cake) with Caramelized Berry Sauce for $10.00. This was VERY chocolatey and VERY good. Believe it or not, this 10 dolla stunna is a Disney Dining Plan Snack Credit (Actually, ALL the foods at this booth are!)

Finally, if you’d like a treat to take home with you (or eat on the spot. We feel ya!) try the Panettone Mignon (Miniature Traditional Italian Christmas Fruitcake) for $8.00. This may be a prepackaged Panettone but it’s still VERY good. Rich and moist and plenty good-sized to share.

Drinks

This booth is bursting with Italian beer and wines, but we decided to stick to what we know and love when we spied the Italian Margarita!

This Italy Pavilion classic is made with Limoncello and Tequila. It’s tart, sweet, and perfect for sipping! You can pick up a glass for $10.00. We also grabbed a glass of Peroni Nastro Azzurro Pilsner for $5.50. When in Rome..er…Epcot!
