Hollywood Studios Christmas Decor We’ve been snacking our way around Hollywood Studios’ festive offerings for the season and spotted one of our FAVORITE treats from last year! See if it lived up to last year’s reputation! The Chocolate Chestnut Pinecone was such a unique and festive treat last year and we were SO EXCITED to see it returning again this year. And this year, this treat can be found at TWO locations! We picked ours up at Backlot Express, but you can also find it at Trolley Car Cafe. This treat is SO PRETTY. It deserves its own photoshoot — just look at it!! Chocolate Chestnut Pinecone This sweet treat is predominantly that GORG chocolate pinecone shaped mousse. It sits on top of a praline “leaf” that’s really just a circle of chocolate cake covered soft glazed nuts. Chocolate Chestnut Pinecone cross-section Chocolate is the shining flavor here followed by the toasty sweet nuts. We really don’t pick up much chestnut flavor at all. The mousse is cold and creamy and hit the spot perfectly on this (not so) cool day! Chocolate Chestnut Pinecone This treat is relatively large and easily shareable.
