As Walt Disney World transforms to Christmas, we hula-danced right on over to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to check out their holiday offerings.

We found several new seasonally-inspired offerings from the pop-up bar next to Moana Mercantile.

You may have seen this temporary bar that was first installed when Tambu Lounge was under construction and has since been used for Highway In The Sky Dine Around.

While this bar serves the fan-favorite, Lapu Lapu, our sights were set on one of the new seasonal beverages, the Cinnamon Apple Lemon, the Strawberry Sprite, and the Hawaiian Cosmo. These drinks are all exclusive to this location!

Each cocktail is priced at $12.78 after tax, while the Lapu Lapu is also available to be served in a pineapple for $19.17.

What’s really cool about all of these libations is that they infuse the liquor and juice with the fresh fruit for 2-3 days and then use that “premade” mix for the drinks. The Strawberry Sprite features strawberry-infused light rum with Sprite and lime juice. The Cinnamon Apple Lemon features apples and cinnamon-infused whiskey! This beverage was proudly on display!

We opted for what the bartender told us was the prettiest and most popular of the bunch, The Hawaiian Cosmo. A twist on the traditional cosmo, this features pineapple-infused vodka, cranberry juice, and is topped with a cinnamon stick. It’s also served on the rocks, unlike the traditional cosmo which is served as a martini straight up.

The pineapple that tops the cocktail was soaked for 2-3 days in booze before being served to guests. Because it’s fresh fruit and not syrup, it tastes VERY fresh without being sickly sweet.

And of course, you can top any beverage with a glow cube (you are at Disney World, after all!).

We found this to be a delicious and refreshing cocktail addition to the already bustling lineup over at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!
