Disney4me
Mary Poppins is getting her fair share of stardom right now! Mary Poppins and Bert From the release of Mary Poppins Returns last year to the announcement of the Mary Poppins attraction coming soon to Walt Disney World, our favorite nanny has been popping up everywhere! But, Mary hasn’t just been visiting Cherry Tree Lane. The latest treat in Disneyland is bringing us a spoonful of sugar! The Mary Poppins Penguin Brownie has flown into the Jolly Holiday Bakery in Disneyland (how fitting)! Jolly Holiday Bakery The chocolate brownie has chocolate chips mixed into the batter (YUM) and vanilla buttercream, crispy pearls, and a milk chocolate Mary Poppins Penguin disc (which just so happens to match the lovely stained glass windows at Jolly Holiday) top the treat. Mary Poppins Penguin Brownie The chocolate brownie had an extra thick and rich texture (our fave) that was delicious! Although it might have been difficult to eat alone, the light frosting brought a brightness to the flavor of the treat. We actually think that it would have tasted even better with a glass of milk on the side! Rich, Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Buttercream We really liked the occasional crunch of the chocolate chips. Plus, if you want to have a treat after the treat, the milk chocolate disc added yet another finishing crunch to the Mary Poppins Penguin Brownie. We only wish that the crispy pearls had been the same, since ours were slightly chewy! Mary Poppins Penguin Dic You can step in time over to the Jolly Holiday Bakery to get the Mary Poppins Penguin Brownie for $4.99 before the Annual Passholder discount.
