Disney4me
We announced earlier this year that Epcot’s Liberty Inn in the American Adventure Pavilion would be closing to make way for a new fast-casual BBQ and craft brews experience. American Adventure Pavilion at Epcot Today, Disney has shared the news that Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue will be coming to Epcot this WINTER and released a first look at several menu items. The menu is set to feature classic American backyard barbecue as well as a variety of home-style craft brews. Featured on the menu will be a variety of sandwiches and platters as well as a plant-based option. The first sandwiches revealed will be a sliced Texas beef brisket sandwich with house-made spicy mop sauce on garlic toast and a South Carolina smoked sausage sandwich with tangy mustard sauce and caramelized onions. And what would a barbecue joint be without all those tasty sauces?! Options here will include a spicy mop sauce, sweet BBQ, tangy mustard, and a classic vinegar-based sauce. Side options will include a variety of barbecue standards like french fries, beer-battered onion rings, mac and cheese, baked beans with burnt ends, house-made pickles, and creamy slaw.
