Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney World With the constant menu name flip-flopping and new menu items being introduced, it can be difficult to keep up with all that’s happening in Batuu! But enough of that, we’re about to sit back, relax, and enjoy a brand new cocktail. Introducing, the Surly Sarlacc, available at both Ronto Roasters and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. Surly Sarlacc The Surly Sarlacc features Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit and Rose Vodka, Minute Maid Limeade, Raspberry, and Spicy Mango Flavors, and is priced at a little more affordable $13.00 ( compared to many of the cocktails in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge that run upwards of $18.00. Eek!). Surly Sarlacc Ingredients For those not familiar with the Ketel One Botanical line, it is an organic vodka with very mild flavoring, pairing nicely with anything fruity, floral, or herbal. And when trying this NEW drink, the prominent flavors we were getting were the lime and grapefruit, not really much of the spice. Surly Sarlacc Offering what we thought to be the perfect Batuu beverage, we found this pre-mixed cocktail to be extremely refreshing, with just the right hint of tart and a satisfying amount of booze. As a major relief, it was not overwhelmingly sweet (like practically every other drink we’ve had here outside of Oga’s Cantina). Hello Surly Sarlacc! Two enthusiastic thumbs up from us!
