Disney4me
A blizzard full of Frozen 2-themed treats have been making their way around Disney World! Artist’s Palette Recently, we’ve tried the Frozen 2 Fall Cheesecake, Frozen 2 Mini Spirit Cupcakes, Frozen 2 Caramel Mousse, and Frozen Orange Cream Soda, and now we’re snagging another dessert at this Disney Resort! The Artist’s Palette has swirled up the Hidden Truth Frozen 2 Cupcake at Saratoga Springs! Hidden Truth Frozen 2 Cupcake The vanilla cupcake is filled with chocolate and blueberry ganache and topped with buttercream, a sprinkle rim, edible glitter, and a white chocolate piece featuring Elsa and a Nokk. Hidden Truth Frozen 2 Cupcake Although it definitely stained our fingers, this cupcake was WORTH IT. The moist cake was beautifully complemented by the chocolate and blueberry ganache. The fruit wasn’t too heavy, but balanced wonderfully with the chocolate to add a richness to the light cake. Chocolate and Blueberry Ganache The “hidden truth” in this cupcake was that the buttercream even had a hint of mint in the flavor. Although it wasn’t overwhelming, the mint definitely curbed the sweetness in the buttercream (which was delicious)! We especially loved that this cupcake came from the cooler because it made the frosting a little stiffer and a LOT easier to eat! Buttercream with a Hint of Mint! You can get your own Hidden Truth Frozen 2 Cupcake for $5.99 or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit (and be sure to grab some napkins when you do!).
