There’s been a frenzy of Frozen treats this morning and we’re bringing you a few more that we’ve been SUPER excited to try ever since we saw them on the Frozen Foodie Guide this morning (was that only this morning?!?)

Caramel Mousse

How amazingly spectacular does this new Caramel Mousse Frozen treat look? We just discovered at Epcot’s Kringla Bakeri og Kafe, and now it’s time to see how it tastes!

The Caramel Mousse is comprised of sea salt caramel mousse and features a vanilla cake crust topped with a white chocolate piece similar to the one we saw on the Water Spirit Cupcake earlier at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Club Resort!

It’s hard to do the Caramel Mousse justice in photos because it’s just so stunningly beautiful in person! The coating is a gorgeous ice-blue white chocolate mirror glaze that shines like a shard of ice, and the little candy sprinkles that adorn it resemble ice crystals! It actually looks like it’s covered in frost from being outside in a blizzard or something!

There’s a thin cake layer on the bottom, then comes the rich caramel mousse, and a gooey caramel in the middle. There isn’t very much cake, so this treat is really for the caramel lovers out there — you know who you are! And while the caramel has a little bit of saltiness to it, we thought the sweetness of the other elements really balanced the flavor out!

We’ve been on a huge caramel kick at Epcot lately, so if you enjoy Kringla’s Caramel Mouse be sure to check out Germany pavilion’s Karamell-Küche Boozy Caramels as well as their new Pumpkin Caramel Cupcake!

We also sampled the new Frozen Orange Cream Soda at Kringla today!

It’s served in a cute Olaf Souvenir Sipper which features Olaf on one side…

…and a fierce-looking Elsa on the other! The frosty drink was sweet, cold, and refreshing — kinda like drinking an orange creamsicle!
