Up first, we’re tasting and reviewing the new Water Spirit Cupcake that we just arrived at Centertown Market in Disney’s Carribean Beach Resort!

The Water Spirit Cupcake features a chocolate cupcake filled with white chocolate mousse and topped with vanilla buttercream, crispy pearls, and a white chocolate garnish.

It’s inspired by a new magical creature we’ve only glimpsed from the Frozen 2 trailers. It’s a protective guardian from the ocean that takes on the form of a horse.

Disney’s referring to this water spirit as The Nokk — and last week we spotted some adorable new Nokk Plushes, btw!

But we digress! Time to get down to business! The business of EATING, that is! When we finally got to chow down on the Water Spirit Cupcake, we found the chocolate cake to be very rich and moist while the white chocolate filling was really good, too!

And although we love ourselves some vanilla buttercream, there was waaaayy too much frosting — it almost sent us into icing overload! The blue dye from the icing also left our hands (and faces!) pretty messy! We thought the white chocolate coin with Elsa’s and The Nokk’s long manes flowing in unison looked pretty neat, though!

The Water Spirit Cupcake costs $5.49 and in addition to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Club, you can also find it grazing at Disney’s Port Orlean’s — French Quarter and Riverside just in case you were wondering! Check it out before it stampedes away!

And be on the lookout for more Frozen 2 goodies as we should have reviews coming your way very soon!
