Disney4me
On the 12th day of Christmas my true love gave to me…. Beer? Redlight Redlight Sama en Gris at 12 Beers of Christmas We had a wonderful time last year attending the “12 Beers of Christmas Event” hosted by Iron Chef Morimoto himself and held at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs. The adults-only event featured unlimited tastes of local craft breweries and Chef Morimoto’s signature Pan-Asian cuisine. And Morimoto Asia JUST announced that the very popular event will return this year! Set to be held on Sunday, December 8th, from 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM, the event will once again feature 12 specialty beers from local breweries all across Central Florida, such as Crooked Can Brewing Company and Rogue Ales. OH, and there will also be 12 food pairing stations…of course! Tickets this year are priced at $64.00 per person (up from the previous $55.00). @Morimoto Asia Morimoto will be on hand to host the event and will be autographing copies of his cookbook Mastering the Art of Japanese Home Cooking, with proceeds going to Orlando’s amazing Give Kids The World Village. This event is an absolute must for beer enthusiasts and — even with the price increase — a terrific value being that you can go back to your favorite booth again and again. We hope they bring back these miniature churros, which were our pick for favorite food from last year! Mini Churros We also loved the super flavorful Duck Ramen and hope it makes a grand return this year! Red Cypress Brewery Spook Hill Pale Ale and Duck Ramen 12 Beers of Christmas is an adults-only event, and you must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets are available now on Morimoto Asia’s website. We’ll keep you posted as additional details and menu items are revealed. Will you be attending this super popular event? Let us know!
