I’m watching Hocus Pocus on repeat while I stuff myself with Halloween cupcakes and candies because I know that the end (of the Halloween season) is near.

While I thought we’d seen all of the 2019 Halloween treats, to my fall foodie surprise, Disney Springs has introduced a few new snacks that will hopefully fulfill my Halloween sweet tooth! One of these NEW eats is the Halloween Cookie Dough Waffle Taco. While this thing looks outstanding, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it tastes as good as it looks.

Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet is a new food truck located on the West Side of Disney Springs. Here is where you will find fun and over-the-top renditions of cookie dough.

This new colorful option — the Halloween Cookie Dough Waffle Taco — is served in a waffle and is filled with pumpkin spice and cold brew cookie dough. It’s then topped with chocolate saucewhipped cream, and a dark chocolate spider!

The pumpkin spice flavor of the cookie dough was actually better than many of the PSL goodies I’ve tried this autumn. I really loved the texture of the cookie dough — it was super smooth and not at all gritty. Somehow, the coffee flavor didn’t really come through at all, I found out later why — it’s because they’re using their Cookies and Cream Cold Brew cookie dough which has more of a sweetness to it, and not-so-much that coffee richness I was searching for.

The Halloween Cookie Dough Waffle Taco costs $7 and will be available in Disney Springs from October 25 – 31. Of course, if you’d rather just get the Pumpkin Spice cookie dough, you can order it in a cup, sans taco, for $4.75.
