Disney doesn’t get much weirder than this! On November 1st, Le Creuset will be releasing a special high-end line of Star Wars-themed cookware!

And we’re giving you a sneak peek of a few of the new items — as well as a way to pre-order a few of ’em!

Le Creuset is a fancy French manufacturer of cookware that has been around since 1925. They’re probably best known for their Dutch Ovens which can run several hundreds of dollars and while they specialize in super-colorful enameled cast iron bakeware, we haven’t seen this more playful side of Le Creuset until NOW!

These Are Not the Dutch Ovens You’re Looking For

Check out these adorable Droid Mini Cocottes we spotted from the new Le Creuset x Disney line that are currently available for pre-order online. You can purchase either the BB8 Mini Cocotte, C3P0 Mini Cocotte, or R2D2 Cocotte individually for $30, or all three droids for $90!

These Droid Mini Cocottes are much more affordable than many of the other new Le Creuset Star Wars pieces because they’re made out of stoneware instead of cast iron! Cute and reasonably priced? Um, yeah — we’ll take ’em!

Luke, I am Your French Oven

If you’re looking to add a little more Dark Side seasoning to your Boeuf Bourguignon, you may want to score the new Darth Vader Cast Iron 5.5 Quart Dutch Oven for $395!

The piece features a black cast iron interior with a glossy black enamel exterior and Dark Vader’s mean lookin’ mug on the lid! The Darth Vader Dutch Oven definitely captures the foreboding mood of the Dark Side!

Put a Porg in Your Pie Hole

And I don’t know if we’ve ever seen anything as cute (and practical!) as this new Le Creuset Porg Pie Bird for $25. Just look at that sweet little face!

Not sure what a Pie Bird is? Well, you stick ’em in the middle of your pie before you bake it, and the steam from pie’s filling comes out of bird’s gaping mouth, and keeps the crust from getting soggy! He even says Le Creuset on the base, making this little guy one posh Porg Pie Bird!

HERE IT IS — The Han Solo in Carbonite Roaster!

We’d say, “I love you,” to this Han Solo in Carbonite Roaster, and we’re pretty sure it would cheekily retort, “I know,” because it is THAT FANTASTIC.

Prepare your casseroles to make the jump to hyperspace in this intergalactic Cadillac of cast iron bakeware. The Han Solo in Carbonite Roaster can be yours for $450, and we are living for it!

While $450 seems close to what a down payment on what the Millenium Falcon might be, nonetheless a pop culture culinary cross over item such as this comes around once in an eon! Currently, the Han Solo in Carbonite Roaster is not available for pre-order, but will be released by Le Creuset online on November 1st.

Tatoonie Hand-Painted Dutch Oven

And now for the coup de grâce of the collection — this super-limited Tatooine Dutch Oven!

The Tatooine Dutch Oven is handpainted and shows the dual suns of Tatooine as the sky turns from a pale shade of pink to a soft blue hue over the arid desert sands. How limited is super-limited? How about 9. Total. Just NINE! Currently, you can sign up for the chance to purchase one on Le Creuset’s website — just make sure you have a spare $900 lying around first!

We’ll let you know if we see the new Star Wars Le Creuset pieces available anywhere else, but for now, we’ve only seen a few of the pieces available on the Williams Sonoma website and expect you’ll also be able to order them from Le Creuset online starting November 1st!

Will you be buying any of the new Disney x Le Creuset items? Let us know in the comments below!
