Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe We’ve been snacking on a bunch of delicious limited-time rainbow treats this weekend at Disneyland Resort. We showed you the Rainbow Bread Pudding and the colorific Rainbow Macaron Box and now we’re back with the Rainbow Cheesecake! In celebration of Gay Days, Disney has fully embraced the “Love Comes in Every Color” slogan and has released a plethora of snack items that are sure to wow your tastebuds! The Rainbow Cheesecake is no exception! Rainbow Cheesecake It seems like every year Disneyland goes all-in with their support of Gay Days, and this year certainly takes the (cheese)cake! Rainbow Cheesecake The Rainbow Cheesecake checks all the boxes for what you look for in a delicious cheesecake snack: the cake itself is moist and flavorful, and the crust adds the perfect amount of texture to every bite. Rainbow Cheesecake This treat offers a traditional cheesecake flavor and comes with a white chocolate rainbow drizzle (yum), and topped with an itty bit of whipped cream and a white chocolate-flavored Mickey (or Minnie) shaped decorative piece. Rainbow Cheesecake This was super cute, but otherwise just your average cheesecake.
